Terms of Service

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of the ConnectingERLC Network Discord bot ("the bot") and this website. By adding the bot to a server or using its commands, you agree to them. If you don't agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using it.

Who can use it

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age. Server owners are responsible for how the bot is used in their server.

How the network works

When a server adds the bot and sets a network channel, it joins the ConnectingERLC Network. Ads from other servers in the network are posted in that channel, and that server's own ad and invite link are posted in other servers when someone runs /bump. By joining, you agree to both.

Ad rules

Your ad must not contain:

Some of this is blocked automatically, but you are responsible for what your ad says.

Fair use

Reports and removal

Anyone can report an ad with the Report button. We may remove ads, reset ranks, or ban servers and users from the network at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the rules were broken or the network is at risk. Banned servers can't rejoin by re-adding the bot.

AI features

The bot can reply when it's mentioned and can describe or create images. These replies are generated automatically, can be wrong, and don't represent the views of ConnectingERLC or its staff. Don't rely on them for anything important.

No guarantees

The bot and website are provided as they are, for free. We don't promise they'll always be online, that your ad will reach a certain number of servers or members, or that any server in the network is safe to join. Join other servers at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ConnectingERLC and its staff aren't responsible for any loss or damage from using the bot, the website, or any server you find through the network.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the bot after a change means you accept the new terms.
